The Loop
Is the Pandasaurus edition (Dr. Faux) compatible with the Catch Up Games edition (Dr. Foo)?
Yes, as far as players report: the editions are compatible, with differences mostly text edits for clarity and the Foo-to-Faux rename. A few things do differ (the Supa Duplicate setup example, and how progress is counted on some Missions in the 2nd edition rules), so check your own rulebook when they disagree.
