After archiving a Sabotage tile, is a new Mission revealed at once, and where?

Yes, immediately, though not necessarily on the archived tile's Era. Its slot stays empty; the next Mission is revealed on Dr Foo's Era, or the next Era onward if none is available there. An unclear German wording was reportedly a translation error.
