Can I mix Late Arrivals tiles and cards into 2 to 4 player games?
The designer said mixing is fine, and players explain the card caveat.

Cat and treasure tiles can always be mixed in and left there; Oshax and rare treasures too. The extra discovery cards are recommended only for 4 to 6 players; using them with fewer is allowed but gives a swingier mix.
