Whose turn is next after a Kicked-Out action?
The designer confirmed the rulebook wording that the next turn goes to the left of the active player.

Play passes to the left of the player who took the last Location action (the active player), not to the left of the kicked-out player. This holds even when the kicked-out player paid Influence for a Location action. A Kicked-Out action never changes the normal turn order.
