Can I sell a Work if I have no Visitor in my Gallery, and how do I orient the contract?
The rulebook's Sell step 5 and the contract orientation rule state this.

Yes, a sale doesn't need a Visitor. If you have any Visitor in your Gallery you must move one to the Plaza; the contract's top half then follows the colour moved (VIP for Influence, Investor for Investment). With a Collector moved, or no Visitor to move, choose either orientation. The visitor-move step is skipped when there's none.
