How are International Market majority ties split?
The rulebook describes adding tied positions and splitting rounded down.

Add the prizes for the places the tied players share, divide by the number of tied players, and round down. For example, 10 and 6 shared by two players gives 8 each, and a following 3-and-0 split gives 1.
