Does Intermediate Scoring happen before or after a Kicked-Out action on the triggering turn?
The designer ruled this repeatedly (2015, 2018), contradicting a literal reading of the rulebook wording.

After. The designer ruled that a Kicked-Out action is part of the active player's turn, so you resolve it first and then score. The rulebook words it as the Kicked-Out player acting after the turn ends, which suggests the opposite, but the designer's ruling is the one to use.
