Only the half that ends up on top. The sale sets it by the Visitor you moved from your Gallery to the Plaza (VIP: Influence; Investor: Investment; a Collector or no Visitor lets you choose). You cannot take it right away; take it later with an Executive Action. The bonus printed on the other half is not obtainable.
