What happens when an Artist becomes a Celebrity?

At Fame 19 (not at promotion level 5; the two are separate) the Artist retires. The player who triggers it takes the Celebrity tile and gains 5 money, even without owning any of that Artist's Works. Every exhibited Work by that Artist becomes a Masterpiece for its owner, and no more Works can be bought from the Artist except a commission you already hold. Their existing Works can still be sold.
