How does the Cyrodiil battlefront token make a faction dominant?

The book token moves only along connected lines, once per province effect. When it cannot continue along a line toward the needed faction, the dominance (scroll) token shifts to that faction's lettered space. So a faction becomes dominant when the token runs out of line, not after a fixed number of moves.
