How do you deploy enemies on a delve tile when calculating EP, including with end-of-session EP?
Calculate the EP first, then deploy from the challenge scale left to right per tile. Downgrade any enemy that would exceed the remaining EP, and stop when the EP is used, the tile's hexes are full, or the chart is done. With end-of-session EP, follow the same steps with that EP cap.
