Does Shoulder-Mounted Parasol's remove-fatigue effect let you use the fatigue to deal true damage in the Throne Room?
No. The Parasol replaces the gain of light fatigue with removing one from the cooldown track, so the fatigue is never gained and cannot be spent on the Throne Room's damage. All of an adventurer's fatigue is gained at once.
