All figures must be on the same Terrain card and nobody may be mid-action or facing a mandatory action. Discard every other board card into the Past, then stack and store the characters' cards, Save cards for items, the Discard Pile, Action Deck, Satchel & Journal and your Terrain card behind the Save divider. On resuming, the Past goes back to its decks and the map is rebuilt from your Terrain card, so explored areas must be re-explored.
