Can you read the back of an Adventure card before taking it?
The rulebook only forbids looking at card fronts in setup; one player says you cannot read ahead.

No. You read a card's back and flavor text only once its number has sent you to take it. The rulebook also says not to look at the front of Adventure and Exploration cards during setup.
