Yes. You may travel to any Terrain card connected to yours by an uninterrupted series of Terrain cards, in a single move. Permanent events such as cliffs, rivers or bridges are not Terrain cards, so they break the chain and need their own crossing action. Rockworm figures and weather on a Terrain card do not block passage.
