Must you resolve an Exploration card right after flipping it?
The rulebook says an Exploration card must be resolved before the Terrain it hides is put into play, and temporary events are resolved at once.

Only if it is a temporary event or its action has the red mandatory border; then it must be resolved immediately. Otherwise you can take other actions first, though the Terrain it hides stays covered until the card is resolved and discarded. The card is only replaced once it is resolved.
