What happens when an expansion card has the same number as a base game card?
Several players agree and it follows the rulebook's random-pick rule, but no official ruling addresses expansion duplicates.

Keep both. When a numbered card is summoned and several cards bear that number, you take one at random (green before gold). Expansion cards are mixed in alongside base cards rather than replacing them, and only a duplicate of the full ID, letter plus number, would be a problem.
