Does each word like SECONDARY count as its own keyword?
The rulebook limits selection by KEYWORD and several players agree each word is its own keyword; no official ruling.

Yes. "WEAPON - SECONDARY" has two keywords, WEAPON and SECONDARY, and you can't select two Purse cards that share any keyword in the same action. You can still carry any number of same-keyword cards; the limit is on selection at Gear up.
