If an effect lowers a compound action's die to 0, do I still draw cards for that row?
The rulebook's "D. Check the number of successes obtained against the action's difficulty" section covers this, and a Serious Poulp staff reply on BGG agrees; some posters read it differently.

Most likely no: if the die would fall below 1 the action succeeds, and a Serious Poulp staff reply says to apply the success effect without drawing. Some players argue you must still resolve the row as a 6/0 action, but that conflicts with the rulebook's wording that a die below 1 means success.
