Do I clear the Board and the Past between scenarios?
Yes, when the epilogue or the ending card tells you to. Ending a scenario discards the Terrain and the Board into the Past, and the next scenario's steps return the Past; you rebuild the map each scenario because scenario-specific Terrain differs. The printed World Map stays between scenarios and resets only when a threat ends.
