Can a worker stay on a Worship space and worship again next turn?
The designer answered this in the thread, in line with the movement rules.

No. A worker on a Worship space is locked and cannot be moved until you unlock it, and a normal turn always moves a worker 1 to 3 boards. You would need to unlock it first and then move it away.
