Can the unlimited-move Discovery tile and the double-move tile be combined?
A single forum reply states this, and the rulebook appendix says the tiles may be combined.

Yes, the unlimited-move tile may be combined with the double-move tile; you need one of each, not two unlimited-move tiles. The double-move tile moves a second worker from the same Action Board to the same destination.
