What does Teotibot do when its Alchemy action fails?
The rulebook says power up by two and the designer errata limits it.

It powers up its lowest unlocked worker by two without carrying out an action or advancing it, per the official errata, so a worker already at 5 stays put and no Ascension is triggered. It does not gain cocoa from this failure.
