Only when the cell you land on gives a Decoration reward, in which case you must add at least one (you may add just one even if two are offered). A gold-only cell needs no Decoration. Each Decoration scores 3 VP plus icon matches and advances the Pyramid track, so two Decorations give 6 VP base.
