On the Conquest board, must I do every reward in a cell, and what if I cannot add a Warrior or Building?
The designer ruled on the minimum required and the Build reward.

You must perform at least one reward in the cell and as many as you can, in any order, resolving each fully before the next. You cannot take the main action if you cannot add at least one Building or Warrior (designer ruling, 2022). The Build reward is mandatory with 2 wood and a legal spot, and you may claim none of the Discovery tiles you cannot pay for.
