Do I pay for all Pyramid tiles up front, or does each tile resolve before the next?
The rulebook says to fully resolve each tile first.

Each tile is paid and fully resolved (points, track, temple advances) before the next, so rewards from one tile can fund the next. You choose the tile and level before paying, and the tile offer refills only at the end of the action.
