How do I get a fourth worker?
The rulebook lists the fourth-worker option on the Ascension wheel.

Only through Ascension: when one of your workers reaches power 6, choosing the wheel option (when you have only 3 workers) gives you a fourth worker at power 3 in the Palace general area plus 2 cocoa.
