Only the Locations connected by a Direction Key to a Location where a Character stands. After activating, check Locations with Characters for open keys now in range and reveal them. Since the Characters are at the Menhir, Locations orthogonally linked to it are revealed, but diagonal ones are not unless a key leads to them.
