Does anything reset when a chapter ends and the next begins (day, Energy, Menhirs, location)?
Many players agree; the rulebook describes Chapter Setup only as changing the decks.

No — nothing resets. Chapter end is a pause point: location, Health, Energy, Terror, Resources, Menhir dials and the current day all carry over, and you just follow the new Chapter Setup card for the decks. The chapter ending does not trigger an End of the Day, so you keep any unspent Energy.
