Can a variable (1 to 7 resources) Building tile be paid with a mix of types?
The rulebook says some buildings let you choose the type and number of resources.

Yes, on the three variable Building tiles you choose both the number (1 to 7) and the types of resources, in any mix; your points equal the value of the resources you pay. A tile whose cost is shown in brackets instead needs that exact number of one single type.
