How does Sullust interact with Fang Fighter and Twi'lek Smuggler?

Sullust applies only to your first purchase each turn. Fang Fighter's hand option uses that up. Twi'lek Smuggler is optional, so a later purchase can still go to the top of your deck when you choose.
