What starting hand sizes and Authority apply in multiplayer?

Each player has their own 10-card starter deck and normally 50 Authority. In free-for-all and Hunter play, the first player draws 3 cards, the second 4 and the rest 5. In the two-team games the first team draws 3 each and the other team 5. In Raid the Boss's hand depends on player count and the raiders start with the normal 50 Authority.
