Any crew member can: the active player may choose any characters they control, other players can pay 1 command to add theirs, and any player may discard matching craft ability cards from hand. This is the publisher's ruling, given as official confirmation in 2026. The rulebook's Travel text speaks of "one of your crew members" and was first read as a single-crew limit, so the rulebook wording is clarified by the ruling.
