What if a rulebook picture (enemy card, level card, player board) differs from the real component?

Trust the physical component. The publisher says rulebooks are written during development, images are not always updated, and when an image and the final component differ the component is the correct version. Players report examples such as the Skeletal Warrior example on p. 27, level cards and Gregory's board.
