What if you must gain fatigue but every crew member you control already has 2?

Choose any crew member, even one another player controls, to take it. If the fatigue is a cost you have to pay, you simply cannot take that action or challenge. Nobody can hold more than 2 fatigue, apart from a card that raises the cap.
