How many ability cards can a crew member have equipped, can they hold duplicates, and can you move them?

Two equipped ability cards per crew member (the 2 above the Primeval Peril slot means the same). Nothing forbids two copies of the same card, which you pay for separately. An equipped card cannot be moved to another crew member; it stays until discarded, which you can do at any time. Weapons may change owner outside combat. You can equip ability cards to any crew member, including other players', but not during combat or a challenge.
