Can I take more than one auxiliary action in a round, and copy the 2-rouble space?

Yes. Nothing limits you to one auxiliary action per round; the doubler, 2-rouble and temporary-worker spaces are ordinary action spaces, each usable once per round. A repeat action (such as the locomotive or engineer that lets you use an action again) can copy the 2-rouble space, a popular choice. The Temporary Workers space cannot be copied.
