Can I use the bottom black/gray track action more than once, and with several workers?
The rulebook says it can be used more than once per round.

It is used with one worker per action, and it never counts as occupied, so you and others can use it again on later turns, even in the same round. You cannot stack multiple workers on it in one turn, since you only take one action per turn.
