Which deal die icons matter when exchanging assets, and can I rotate deal dice?

When you exchange, you give the assets on your dealer's side and take those on the other side. The dollar icons next to the deal spaces matter only when closing a deal. Deal dice are rolled and you use the faces that come up; you can't rotate them.
