Can I Dictate a die that Executive Power just reassigned?
A community post and the rule that reassign powers can be used in any order agree, and the designer called the described sequence fine.

Yes. Reassign powers can be used in any order, so a die moved by Executive Power can still be dictated into the cup afterwards.
