When a battle card makes several heroes lose something and some cannot pay, who gets the corruption?
The designer separated shared losses from per-hero losses in 2022.

It depends on the wording. If the heroes lose something collectively, the hero fighting gets one corruption after everyone gives what they can. If the card makes each hero lose their own resources, each hero who cannot pay loses what they have and takes a corruption themselves, even on someone else's turn.
