You may give and take warriors, spirit, items (potions, gear, treasures, quest items) and companions with heroes on your own space, as long as everyone involved agrees. Virtues and corruptions can never be traded. You can only trade once per turn, but one trade can include several kinds of things, and several heroes can all give to one hero. Trades are limited by item caps, such as four treasures and one of each gear.
