Can I use the Lamp of Darkness to remove a foe in the middle of its own battle?
The designer said it is technically allowed by the wording but impractical in the app.

Not in practice. As worded you could technically remove a foe mid-battle, but the app has no way to remove the foe you are fighting, so you resolve all its cards anyway and it is removed at the end of the battle. You could remove a second foe from your space mid-battle, but must remember to remove it in the app afterward.
