Does anyone gain a corruption when a building in a dormant kingdom is destroyed?
The Buildings section says no one gains a corruption for a dormant kingdom.

No. Only the hero whose home kingdom held the building takes a corruption, so a building destroyed in a kingdom nobody is playing gives none, though its skulls and the building are still removed.
