Do Wand of Celerity, Azkol's Vambraces or caravans bypass wastelands and rivers of fire?

Yes for the Wand of Celerity and Azkol's Vambraces: they place you rather than move you, so they skip what lies in between, including wastelands and rivers of fire. A caravan moves with the hero leading it to the same space and is subject to the same movement rules; it must reach the village in the kingdom named on its token.
