How do monument offerings work with spent treasures, moved foes and quests from afar?

An offering counts the number of treasures you spend, however the spend happened, so a two-treasure quest gives two cubes. Foes moved by end-of-turn events count toward the Arch of the Golden Sun's 'on or next to you' check because your turn is not over until events finish (and foes moved away would cost you the offering). The Opal of Projection can explore a dungeon that is one of the adversary's monthly quests, but not one that is part of the main goal. Terrain Advantages come from the space you stand on.
