How do power skulls work in Alliances?

Power skulls are the colored skulls. At setup they replace some white skulls in the supply as the app directs, and you may use fewer of each color provided the total number of skulls in the supply is right. They are still skulls, so effects that target skulls, including Cleanse, can target them. Entering their space resolves their effect but does not remove them. An effect that refers to 'cleansing' means the Cleanse action specifically.
