Each has a fixed value plus a bonus for essences on it: the Sacred Grove is worth 2 VP plus 1 per Life essence on it, and the Cursed Forge 1 VP plus 1 per Gold on it. The Sacrificial Pit also has a fixed base plus a per-essence bonus. The small icon beside the VP icon is the per-essence part.
