Can Illusion and Illusionist both react to a Sorcerer's Bestiary check?

Yes, when you use the Bestiary's Check Victory power both can react. Illusion (the magic item) cannot react at the end-of-round check. The Illusionist artifact works like the Illusion item: its Reacts satisfy a turn cost for a Creature, Demon or Dragon, or count for a Check Victory Place of Power.
