How are ties broken when players have the same number of qualifying cards?
The designer explained the count, then highest card, then color tiebreak several times.

First compare how many cards meet the rule. If tied, compare only each player's single highest qualifying card: higher number wins, and if the numbers match, higher color (Red down to Violet). Other cards in the set, and pairs elsewhere, don't count. Example: a run of 2-3-4-5 beats 1-2-3-4.
